2. Main characteristics of the product

Name, dimensions, material, colour/variant and care information are on the product page. Products are sold singly or as sets (4, 8); the price of each option including taxes is shown on the product page and in the order summary. The products are handmade and hand-painted; tone, brush marks and pattern placement may vary slightly from piece to piece.

3. Price and payment

  • Prices include VAT. The total including taxes and the shipping fee is shown in the order summary.
  • Shipping within Türkiye is free of charge.
  • Payment is made with the methods offered at checkout; cash on delivery is also available. Card payments are processed by the contracted payment provider on a secure checkout page; card details are never seen by the Seller.
  • Prices shown on the website are valid until the order is confirmed.

4. Delivery

  • Products are usually delivered within 3–5 business days after the order is confirmed and in any case delivered within the legal maximum of 30 days.
  • Delivery is made to the address you provide, by the contracted carrier (mostly with Yurtiçi Kargo).

5. Right of withdrawal

  • You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason and without penalty.
  • Send your notice within this period to info@fexcus.com, by phone to +90 536 353 04 69 or in writing to Adnan Kahveci Mah. Avrupa Cad. Elit Cadde Çarşı No: 106B İç Kapı No: 1, Beylikdüzü / İstanbul.
  • Return the product to Adnan Kahveci Mah. Avrupa Cad. Elit Cadde Çarşı No: 106B İç Kapı No: 1, Beylikdüzü / İstanbul within 10 days of your notice. Returns sent with the designated carrier are free of charge.
  • Everything you paid, including delivery costs, is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of the Seller receiving your notice.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply in the exceptional cases listed in Article 15 of the Regulation.

6. Complaints

Send complaints to info@fexcus.com or call +90 536 353 04 69. In case of dispute you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at your place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
